Walk tall naturally with purpose

Ashdown Forest Nordic Walk this Sunday 5 February

Meet at 10am in Duddleswell Car Park for a walk which is mainly on open heathland.

This carpark is opposite the Duddleswell Tea Shop on the B2026. If coming north on the A22 take the second exit on the Lampool Roundabout, then take the immediate left turn signed Fairwarp and Hartfield. This is the B2026. Go up the hill, past the church on your right. The tea shop is on your right and the car park will be on your left.

If you are coming via Chelwood Gate and Nutley, take the Crowborough Road at the North end of Nutley village. This is the road that crosses the forest with a cattle grid at either end. After you cross the second cattle grid turn right (onto B2026). Going down hill you will pass a Garden Centre on your left before seeing the tea shop on the left and car park on the right.

Beware of a drainage grate as you turn into the car park from either direction.

For more information about the group and how to contact the organiser to book a place, click on Ashdown Striders and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

The next walk will be on 12 or 19 March – to be confirmed.
