Fitness Level Course for under 60s, September – Brighton

Have you had a taster session already and are waiting for this kind of extended course ? Are you able to have a taster session this Sunday or early next week to be ready to join the course in time ?

Then, this course could be for you if you are under 60 and keen to learn beyond the foundation to the fitness level of Nordic walking technique.

Two places are already booked on these fixed dates in September with booking now open for another two places:

To complete the beginner course to the foundation level of technique:
Session 2 – 11am to 12.30pm Thursday 7th, Stanmer Park
Session 3 – 1.30 to 3pm Thursday 7th, Stanmer Park
Session 4 – 11am to 12.30pm Thursday 14th, Hove or Stanmer Park (tbc)
then, to complete the extended course:
Session 5 (Health level) – 10.30am to 12.30pm Saturday 16th, Stanmer Park
Session 6 (Fitness level) – 1.30 to 3.30pm Monday 18th, South Downs Location (tbc).
