Weekly, instructed Nordic walks at an easygoing pace are available every Wednesday from 11.45am to 1.15pm, usually taking place in Stanmer Park, Brighton. These walks are primarily for people living with a long term health condition. The price will be pro-rata starting from £10 per person if six places are booked. The maximum number of places on each walk is six. Through its Stronger for Life Scheme, Active Sussex is now offering the over 65s living in the Adur District Council area an opportunity to learn Nordic walking for free in Buckingham Park, Shoreham-by-Sea, from Wednesday 28 September. BEGINNER COURSES – six places available Course 3 12midday to 1.30pm on Wednesdays 7, 14 & 21 December and 4 January. ONLY ONE PLACE LEFT and one reserve place available.
