Fitness level instructed Nordic walk, PM tomorrow – South Downs
BOOKING is OPEN NOW for an instructed Nordic walk at the fitness level of Nordic walking technique from: 1 to 3.30pm tomorrow, Saturday 25 January. It is an 8 mile circular route to Ditchling Beacon from Stanmer House and appropriate for people: either already at the fitness level or who are ready to step up from the health level of Nordic walking technique to the higher fitness level. BOOKING is OPEN for this beginner course that will take place in Stanmer Park, Brighton, in early March: Session 1 – 10.30am to 12 midday Saturday 7 March Session 2 – 1 to 2.30pm Saturday 7 March Session 3 – 11am to 12.30pm Sunday 8 March Session 4 – 1.30 to 3pm Sunday 8 March ONLY TWO PLACES LEFT !!!
