NEW – are you interested in regular instructed sessions on Thursdays or Fridays starting at 10am in various superb locations ? BOOKING is OPEN NOW ! If five people sign up to pay in advance, Nordic Walking for Health can offer a series of instructed Nordic walks: at the Fitness level of technique on Thursday or Friday mornings over a six week period. Meet at 10am at Gill’s Lap Car Park on the B2026. Coming from the South, go past the right fork towards Groombridge (B2188). A little further along the road starts to go downhill, it curves to the right and there is a small road going off to the left, Kidds Hill. The car park is on the left in a clump of trees just beyond the Kidds Hill turn off. The car park is easily visible as you approach. Coming from the North, go via Forest Row onto the B2110. If you Nordic walk on a regular basis, we recommend refreshing your technique every 6 to 12 months. Old habits die hard, so book a refresher !
