Free Events at this year’s Eastbourne Walking Festival – 17 to 26 September
From Friday 17 to Sunday 26 September, Nordic Walking for Health is running a number of free events during the Eastbourne Walking Festival. Eastbourne/Seaford Beginner Courses for Winter … booking now open !
BOOKING is now OPEN for this small group fixed date beginner course in the Eastbourne/Seaford area: 10 to 11.30am Fridays 25 November and 2, 9 & 16 December (five places available) 1.30 to 3pm Saturdays 12, 19 & 26 November and 10 December (five places available). The price for a group of three to six participants is £80.00 per person, i.e. £20.00 a session, poles included. Successfully completing a beginner course enables a person to Nordic walk at the foundation level of technique.
