Free Nordic Walking for the over 65s in Adur District – Wednesdays from September 2022

Through its Stronger for Life Scheme, Active Sussex is now offering the over 65s living in the Adur District Council area an opportunity to learn Nordic walking for free in Buckingham Park, Shoreham-by-Sea, from Wednesday 28 September.

BEGINNER COURSES - six places available

12midday to 1.30pm on Wednesdays 7, 14 & 21 December and 4 January.

ONLY ONE PLACE LEFT and one reserve place available.
