Instructed Nordic Walks for better exercise – Tuesdays in the New Year

The current series continues until Christmas Eve, Tuesday 24 December. The next series of instructed group Nordic walks for better exercise in the New Year will run from Tuesday 7 January to Tuesday 11 February with walks taking place from 12midday to 1.30pm in Stanmer Park - unless timing/location is changed by email in advance. At last some Nordic weather is coming up this weekend, so we’re offering an instructed Nordic walk at the fitness level of Nordic walking technique. BOOKING is OPEN NOW !
