Instructed Nordic Walks for better exercise … June to July !

The current series is running from Tuesday 11 June to 23 July (excluding 25 June) with walks taking place from 12midday to 1.30pm on Tuesday afternoons in Stanmer Park – unless timing/location is changed by email in advance. If pre-paying for this series, the price for four walks is £36.00 per person (if six people sign up and pro-rata if less). Beginner Course – Sunday PMs July/August, Eastbourne/Seaford area

Four places are available on this course with sessions taking place from 1 to 2.30pm on Sundays: 21 July 28 July 4 August 18 August Prices are from £41.00 per person, i.e. £10.25 a session, depending on numbers (with a maximum group size of 6). We’ve reached the ‘health’ level of Nordic walking !

Having successfully completed an intensive beginner course, friends celebrate ‘H’ for Health having extended their course to successfully complete a fifth session. On reaching the ’foundation’ level of Nordic walking technique at the end of the beginner course, one of the friends fed back: “Thanks for this and for leading the course.
