New Year Beginner Course Friday AMs for the over 70s

Up to three places are available on this New Year Beginner Course for the over 70s to take place in Preston Park/Hove Park, Brighton: Fridays 5 (starting at 11.45am), 12, 19 & 26 (all starting at 10am) January. The price for a group of three to five participants is £80.00 per person, i.e. £20.00 a session, poles included. Successfully completing a beginner course enables a person to Nordic walk at the foundation level of technique. Free Weekly Instructed Nordic Walks from 1.30 to 3pm on Wednesdays The last of the free instructed Nordic walks on this Active Sussex funded scheme will take place next Wednesday 27 September in Stanmer Park, Brighton.
