Fitness Session 6 – 3pm this Friday, Brighton

If you’re interested and feel ready to extend your course by moving on to the Fitness level of Nordic walking technique, there are three places available on this session. The price is from £15 per person depending on numbers. It will be two hours long and take place in/aound Castle Hill Nature Reserve, Woodingdean, with a start time of 3pm.
