Instructed Nordic Walks for better exercise – Fridays, July/August

NEW - are you interested in regular instructed sessions on Fridays from 10am to 12midday at various superb locations ?

If five people sign up to pay in advance (three people have already done so), Nordic Walking for Health can offer a series of instructed two hour Nordic walks on Friday mornings over a six week period. Locations will vary, depending on the weather, between Stanmer Park, Brighton, Castle Hill Nature Reserve, Woodingdean, Ditchling Beacon, Friston Forest, Exceat and the Seven Sisters Country Park, East Dean.

Pay £105.00 per person in advance for 4 walks. These will have to be participated in at some point over the six week period. The price of each walk is, therefore, £26.25. If then wanting to take part in a 5th and/or a 6th walk within the six week period having already completed four walks, the drop-in price per walk is £30.00.

Booking a place can be done by email or text. Payment is required by BACS: account details are available on request.
