Weekday Taster Sessions coming up !

Booking is now open for: Stanmer Park, Brighton 10.30am – Wednesday 15 November 2pm – Wednesday 22 November. The price is from £15 per person, depending on numbers. Poles are included. Ashdown Striders’ Nordic Walk – Sunday 5 November

Meet at 10am Duddleswell Car Park. The walk is approx 1.5 hours over open heathland, mainly undulating but with one reasonable downhill and one uphill stretch. Duddleswell Car Park is almost opposite the Duddleswell Tea Rooms on the B2026. Fitness level achieved for under 60s course !

Andrea, Jenny & Vicki with big smiles at the end of their extended Nordic walking course successfully reaching the Fitness level of Nordic walking technique.
