Nordic walking on the High Weald !

Nordic Walking for Health now brings Nordic walking events and activities to the beautiful setting and natural surroundings of The Hub, Quarry Farm, Bodiam near Battle TN32 5RA. Beginner courses and taster sessions are available all year round. Take a Beginner Course ! Foundation group courses consist of four 1.5 hour sessions. The current course underway is 10.30am on Fridays 14 September (completed) & 5 October and Wednesday 17 October then at 1.30pm on Wednesday 31 October. Ready to extend your course to the Health level ?

Are you ready to step up from the foundation level of Nordic walking technique to the higher Health level ? If so, booking is now open for Session 5 (two hours) in Stanmer Park on these mornings: Tuesday 24 July Wednesday 25 July Thursday 2 August. The price is £15 per person, depending on numbers. Beginner Course now open for booking !

Booking is still open for this course taking place in Stanmer Park, Brighton: Mondays from 10.30am to 12midday on 16 & 23 July and 6 & 13 August (extra dates are 20 & 27 August) – four places left. Ashdown Striders’ Evening Nordic Walk – this Sunday 8 July

Meet 6pm at the Churlwood car park on A275 between Chelwood Gate & Wych Cross. Coming from the South, pass the Red Lion Pub and the Cat’s Protection Centre on the right. There is an entrance marked by white bollards. The car park is on your left opposite a triangular road sign.
