BOOKING is OPEN NOW for an instructed Nordic walk at the fitness level of Nordic walking technique from: 1 to 3.30pm tomorrow, Saturday 25 January. It is an 8 mile circular route to Ditchling Beacon from Stanmer House and appropriate for people: either already at the fitness level or who are ready to step up from the health level of Nordic walking technique to the higher fitness level.
