Instructed Nordic Walks for better exercise on Tuesdays in September & October

This series is running from Tuesday 10 September to Tuesday 22 October (excluding 1 October) with walks taking place from 12midday to 1.30pm in Stanmer Park - unless timing/location is changed by email in advance. If pre-paying for this series, the price for four walks is £36.00 per person (if six people sign up and pro-rata if less). If you Nordic walk on a regular basis, we recommend refreshing your technique every 6 to 12 months. Old habits die hard, so book a refresher !
