Are you ready to step up from the foundation level of Nordic walking technique to the higher Health level ? We’ve reached the ‘health’ level of Nordic walking !

Having successfully completed an intensive beginner course, friends celebrate ‘H’ for Health having extended their course to successfully complete a fifth session. On reaching the ’foundation’ level of Nordic walking technique at the end of the beginner course, one of the friends fed back: “Thanks for this and for leading the course.
