The Stanmer Striders – a new social Nordic walking group

A new social Nordic walking group has been formed this Summer, the Stanmer Striders. New members are welcome to join in on weekly Nordic Walks every Wednesday morning in Stanmer Park, Brighton. The group is open to people, who’ve successfully completed a Nordic walking beginner course to reach the foundation level of Nordic walking technique. We’ve reached the ‘health’ level of Nordic walking !

Having successfully completed an intensive beginner course, friends celebrate ‘H’ for Health having extended their course to successfully complete a fifth session. On reaching the ‘foundation’ level of Nordic walking technique at the end of the beginner course, one of the friends fed back: “Thanks for this and for leading the course.
