Refresh your technique ! Re-ignite your enthusiasm ! Nordic Walking for Health launches Refresher Season 2019 !!! If you Nordic walk on a regular basis, we recommend refreshing your technique every 6 to 12 months. Old habits die hard, so book a refresher ! If life took over and Nordic walking had to take a back seat, but now, with more time on your hands, you’re keen to take it up again, book a re-starter ! Nordic Walking at local walking festival this September

Booking is now open for free walking events hosted by Nordic Walking for Health from Friday 20 to Thursday 26 September, inclusive, as part of this year’s Eastbourne & Lewes Walking Festival. The Stanmer Striders – a new social Nordic walking group

A new social Nordic walking group has been formed this Summer, the Stanmer Striders. New members are welcome to join in on weekly Nordic Walks every Wednesday morning in Stanmer Park, Brighton. The group is open to people, who’ve successfully completed a Nordic walking beginner course to reach the foundation level of Nordic walking technique.
