‘Healthwalks Offer’ – new Autumn course in Brighton & Hove

Nordic walking is now recognised as beneficial to health and well-being throughout the lifespan as it effectively combines aerobic (heart & lung) exercise with muscle strengthening and balance activity (Public Health England 2018). Instructed Nordic Walks for better exercise – AMs Thursdays or Fridays

NEW – are you interested in regular instructed sessions on Thursdays or Fridays starting at 10am in various superb locations ? BOOKING is OPEN NOW ! If five people sign up to pay in advance, Nordic Walking for Health can offer a series of instructed Nordic walks: at the Fitness level of technique on Thursday or Friday mornings over a six week period. One-on-One Sessions now available !

As of Friday 15 May, Nordic Walking for Health is offering one-on-one sessions again. Booking is now open for taster sessions, beginner & extended courses as well as for refresher & assessment sessions.
